How much weight and how many repitions should I be doing on my bowflex?

Im 5′4, 105-110lbs and 14 years old. I have a Bowflex PR3000 with up to 210lbs of resistance. I would like to know how much weight and reps I should start with for each station(legs, arms, chest etc.) and move up too to become muscular and toned in a month or two? Thankyou!

you didn’t get the Bowflex Body book with your Bowflex?
it’s the best way to train with the Bowflex. has all the information on whatever you want to accomplish

if you want to be muscular then weight alone dont help you must go to gnc store for anabolic or build muscle nutrition

I Have a bowflex and when I Started working out on it I could only do about 20Lbs of resistance per arm. You don’t want to max out start what feels good not to easy nor not to hard. Then after 1 week or so go up 5 pounds per arm. It may sound easy but it isnt. I have had a Bowflex for about 5 weeks and I started at 20lbs and now up to 35 going on 40. Don’t rush. good luck
