Anyway, the executive order was to identify those detainees that DO have usable evidence against them, and prosecute them. Identify those that don’t, and release them – back to their home countries or another country willing to accept them. There are not likely to be many released into the U.S. – and those that are will be the few that appear to be most innocent of any wrongdoing.
The goal is to live up to our own principles and values, as written in our Constitution. Remember that? The document he swore to defend and uphold?

And he’s not "unleasing terrorists"; he’s halting trials, not just dumping them out into the world. The gov’t will find something to do with them, don’t worry. Be PATIENT. The Obama Administration has only been around for…oh, gee…five days?

He is going to move people that have been rounded up and imprisoned, give them trials, if they are guilty punish them and if innocent release them. It’s what we do under the Geneva Convention and the Constitution. If you have a problem with that then YOU are the terrorist.
You are "begging the question," which is a fallacy in logic and interrogation. You should rephrase your question as, "Will Obama’s releasing of the terrorists in Guantanamo Bay result in further innocent American deaths?" or something of that sort. The answer is yes, but, undoubtedly, so will keeping them there.
