My computer runs fine, but the internet is doing so absolutely horribly. Things take forever to load, youtube videos don’t work, downloads take impossibly long.
How can I just start over and make my computer like how it was when I bought it?
Or if you think it’s a separate problem, please enlighten me.

Hello,
your new computer should have come with Factory Restore disk or partition.
Put the Factory restore CD in the drive and restart the computer.
Watch the screen carefully for a flash of text
press any key to boot from CD
or if it has a hidden restore disk look for a press F10 for setup, it may be F9 or some other key.
Follow the onscreen prompts.
You will loose all data/programs/photos etc when you restore the computer to its original state.
