Well, question says it all, how can I make a denim mini out of an old pair of jeans (pics please). and since winters coming up how can I wear it for then leggings, boots, knee high scoks with boots or what?? Thanks.

im not exactly sure how to make mini skirt out of an old pair of jeans but u should wear leggings with boots that would be very cute
