in reality, saying "global warming" is a partial truth, not the bigger picture, which is "climate change". What is indisputable is the fact polar ice caps are indeed melting, and this could alter the temperature of the oceans, and that will then affect the weather in the form of greater extremes (dry places get dryer, wet places wetter). The gullible, as you say, will believe the party hype, spurred on by the likes of the becks and rushes, until it’s too late.
the earth has been cooling since 1995. look it up! even your own people have stopped using the phrase golbal warming. we are now supposed to call it climate change.

Many scientists have stated they do not believe in the global warming myth. FYI – Al Gore is not a Scientist.
This was one of the coldest summers since the late 1800s, here in the United states.
From NOAA: "For the 2009 summer, the average temperature of 71.7 degrees F was 0.4 degree F below the 20th Century average."
the same people that were screaming "global cooling" many years ago are the same people screaming "global warming" today… the same hype, same agenda, just different faces. Get your facts straight. It’s why people are less interested in your hype these days and more interested in the scientific research.

did you goto the glaciers and measure them yourself? do you goto cnn/cbs/nbc for your news about global warming? do you consider al gore, carmen diaz and other green people as experts on global warming?
you might want to consult the farmers almanac, Nasa, and the 30,000+thousand scientist who all say global warming is a hoax, and in there ranks there are over 9,000 phd’s. i think they know a little more then al gore. a guy who took a college course on the enviorment once.
Who knows? The corps have more to lose than any dem has to gain. And Al Gore isn’t the one who came up with the concept. Scientists are.

Through my observation most are claiming the idea of man made global warming doesn’t exist, not global warming in itself, and I would have to agree with them. God bless.

Global warming may be happening, but the earth is also cooling. It is a natural cycle. Not man-made. We shouldn’t waste taxpayers money on chasing rainbows and unicorns.
The average world wide temp has been cooling for 10+ years, so warming is a Myth.

I am not a liar and I am not pretending anything. Earth NATURALLY goes through a period of heating and a period of cooling. That’s why the Ice Age came after the dinosaurs and why the Ice Age ended.
Have you done your research on this one? Because, in all actuality, the glaciers aren’t melting. They’re freezing and expanding.
I’m not saying that people shouldn’t take care of the environment. I’m all for picking up your trash and not running up your power bill, but the fact of the matter is, no one has a right to shove this lie down our throats and force us to conform to what they want.
I don’t even believe Al Gore believes his own crap. If he was that concerned about the environment, he would have invested in a jet that runs on some sort of alternative fuel. But he didn’t. He just flew all over the place in a normal, gas-guzzling, pollution-shooting jet.
