The class that eats lunch before us never washes the tables. I know this sounds stupid but do you like to eat on dirty tables? So what do I do? Do I just ask the teacher to get her kids to wash the tables or what?
How do you get kids to wash lunch tables?

I will vote for the answer of upstair!
the key is the teacher not you to ask your kid wash the table ….
Asking the teacher ahead of you to have her kids do it might cause some tension, depending on the relationship you have with her. If you don’t feel comfortable talking to her about it, maybe make it a game for your class. Tell them that the lovely cafeteria workers need their help. They are very very busy and would love their help wiping off their table. They’ll feel helpful and I’m sure it would make lots of moms at home happy if the behavior carries over to home too.
aren’t they suppose to wash the tables between lunch classes they do get paid for a job and i think that is included the lunch ladies are suppose to do that but if it really bothers you wipe it off your self lunch ladies are kind of lazy they only do what they Absolutely have to do .you wont get a thank you
Don’t you guys have janitors or something . . . ?
