What causes bubble in the urinary tract?

I have a 7 year old miniature dachshund and he’s started having gas bubbles in in urine stream. What causes it and what can we do to help. We are on a limited income, at this time, and can’t afford to pay high vet bills.

It might be something as simple as a high protein diet.
If the diet is unchanged and the dog doesn’t look like it’s having any difficulty urinating or no blood in the urine then check its temperature, it should normally be between 100.5 to 102.5 degrees. If higher the dog might be fighting off an Urinary Tract Infection or other type of infection and a visit to the vet is recommended.

what do you mean "gas bubbles in his urine stream"? are you referring to bubbles in the puddle of urine? a forceful urine stream can cause bubbles to form when it hits the ground. if you are concerned about your dog, go to the vet. no one can diagnose your dog via the internet.
