My mom never wants anything to be said besides what the holy book says about those people. I don’t use that argument. I use another way of justifying it. She won’t listen to me. How do I get her to listen?
How do I get my mother to listen to me about how I’m not different in beliefs when it comes to transsexuals?

Generally speaking, you aren’t learning much when your lips are moving.
I dont think its up to you to change your mother’s mind. You can have your own beliefs and opinions on things. You dont have to ‘be right’ or ‘make her listen’ on every subject.
I’m a little unclear as to what you and your mother are arguing about.
Your mother (presumably) doesn’t have an opinion about transsexual people, since, as you say, she doesn’t want anything to be said besides what the ‘holy book’ says, and it doesn’t mention ‘those people’[sic] at all; Presumably, you do have an opinion, since you claim to have some way of ‘justifying’ it.
So what is the argument? Would you care to elaborate?
