How many hours of sleep should I get to maximize my muscle growth?

Just wondering how many hours of sleep I should get a night for my muscles to grow bigger and stronger faster. Or does it even make a difference?

    Very big difference! 8 will maximize every function of your body without causing you to gain excess fat.

    Everybody should get 8 hours sleep to function maximally.
