I made a video, added a lot of good tags, but when i search for my video (knowing what my tags are) it still ends up on page 2 or 3. What can i do to make my video appear if not on the top, at least in the first page?
Why does my youtube videos end up behind many others even if i have good tags?

As I’m sure you know, it usually takes a few days for a new video to show up in YouTube’s search engine.
YouTube is a company, and they’re goal is to make money. If a video hasn’t ‘proven’ itself to generate views, they’ll bury it (took me a long time to discover this).
How to get it on top: Generate views (post on forums, add it as a "video response" to a popular video with similar content, Facebook/MySpace it, etc).
The lame thing with Youtube is, even if the video’s lame, it may still be popular. That’s why I dig Vimeo, although today YouTube has all the audience.
